Welcome to my 1:600 scale model airport - Imogenia International.
I'm Richard Stretton, a 32 year old Englishman living in Auckland, New Zealand. Aviation has always been one of my interests and I've collected 1:600 scale die-cast model airliners, made by Schabak of Germany, since I was a child. To complement these interests I have created a fictional model airport for my Schabak collection,
but one that is based upon realistic airport operations and procedures. Though fictional I have tried to make it as real as possible and so have defined the setting, timetable and operating period. This site is designed to display not only the real world of the model and my Schabak collection but also a fictional world in which Imogenia International
Airport is a primary gateway to the Far East. I hope you enjoy your visit to Imogenia.
